Wait Time Starts at Landing

Domestic arrivals get 30 minutes of complimentary wait, international arrivals 60, counted from actual landing. Longer waits are billed at the vehicle's hourly rate.

Scheduling a Limo to LAX for a Departure

Work backward from your flight. A common rule of thumb is to reach the airport about 2 hours before a domestic flight and about 3 hours before an international one; check your airline's guidance too.

Then add the drive. Weekday rush hours on the I-405, I-105 and I-110 can double a trip that takes half an hour at midday. Example: a 10 a.m. domestic flight from Pasadena means reaching LAX by 8 a.m.; with up to 90 minutes on the road, a 6:15 a.m. pickup leaves a cushion. Unsure? LAX Limo Service Questions

Is there an hourly minimum for a ride to or from LAX?

No. Airport transfers are point-to-point flat rates, so the 3-hour minimum on most hourly bookings does not apply. If you want the chauffeur to stay with you after landing, ask for an hourly quote instead.

What if customs takes longer than the free wait?

International arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait from actual landing. Time beyond that is billed at your vehicle's hourly rate.

Can we stop somewhere between the airport and the hotel?

Yes. Mention the stop when you book so it is in the quote. Stops added during the ride may change the price.

Can I book an airport ride on short notice?

Last-minute requests are accepted subject to availability; calling (310) 555-1234 is quickest. For holidays and graduation season, book 2–4 weeks ahead.
