Gratuity
While not required, gratuity for exceptional service is greatly appreciated. Industry standard is 15-20% of the total fare.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.
