What a Chauffeured Sprinter Van Costs

Sprinter van rental with driver in Los Angeles is billed at $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. A three-hour evening event comes to $450; a five-hour convention shuttle day comes to $750. The chauffeur, fuel, taxes and commercial insurance are already in the rate. Gratuity is not, and 15–20% is customary.

A 25% deposit secures most bookings, with the balance due at the time of service. Airport transfers are point-to-point flat rates rather than hourly, so a one-way LAX run is quoted separately. See the pricing page for every rate.

Count bags, not just people. Fourteen travelers with one large suitcase each fill the van; add an SUV if the group packs heavy.
List every stop when you book: hotels, a restaurant, a second pickup address. Stops added during the ride may change the price.

Give children's ages and weights so the right car seats or boosters come along.

Can I rent the Sprinter without a driver?

No. Every Sprinter booking is chauffeured, and the rate already includes the chauffeur, fuel and taxes. We do not offer self-drive rentals.

Does the 3-hour minimum apply to a one-way airport trip?

No. Airport transfers are point-to-point flat rates without an hourly minimum. Send the pickup address, flight number and group size for a Sprinter quote.

Can the van make several stops in one booking?

Yes. Hourly bookings suit multi-stop days, such as a hotel pickup, a convention drop-off and an evening dinner. Describe the schedule in your request so each stop is in the quote.
