Black party bus with blue and red LED lighting parked at night

The Party Starts When the Doors Close

A party bus rental in Los Angeles turns the drive between stops into part of the night. Up to 20 people ride together, with no rideshares to split, no parking to find and no designated driver.

On board

  • Seating for up to 20 passengers
  • Dance floor with poles
  • Premium sound and lighting, plus a laser light show
  • Bar setup with ice and glassware
  • Flat-screen TVs
  • Professional chauffeur, fuel and taxes, bottled water and commercial insurance

Luggage space is minimal: the bus is built for a night out, not suitcases.

What Groups Rent a Party Bus For

A good party bus night has a plan: where it starts, where it goes and who gets dropped off last.

Multiple stops

Bachelor and bachelorette parties

Dinner, a lounge, then a club — the group stays together while the chauffeur drives. Plan the route so every stop is in your quote.

Milestone nights

Birthdays

A 21st, 30th or 50th that moves between a restaurant and a venue or two. For a younger crowd, the same bus runs alcohol-free.

Door to door

Concerts and games

Ride together to Crypto.com Arena, SoFi Stadium, the Hollywood Bowl or Dodger Stadium and skip the parking lot. Post-event traffic takes time to clear, so set a realistic pickup time.

Nights out

Hollywood and West Hollywood are a few miles apart, and Downtown LA is typically 20–40 minutes away, so one night can cover several neighborhoods. Or start with sunset in Santa Monica.

Rules on Board

A few rules keep the ride safe for everyone. Share them with your group.

  • Guests 21 and over may bring their own alcohol. We provide ice and glassware but do not provide alcohol.
  • No smoking and no illegal substances on board.
  • Prom groups and groups with passengers under 21 ride alcohol-free. For school events, see our prom and graduation service.
  • The bus carries up to 20 passengers in total.

How Party Bus Pricing Works

Party bus rentals in Los Angeles are priced by quote only, with no published hourly rate. Four factors shape your quote:

  • Date and day of the week. Holidays and graduation season are best booked 2–4 weeks ahead.
  • Hours. Total time from first pickup to final drop-off. Most hourly services have a 3-hour minimum, so plan for at least three hours.
  • Route. Where you start, where you end and how far you travel. A night that stays in Downtown LA covers less ground than a group from Orange County heading to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.
  • Stops. Tell us every planned stop when booking so it is in the quote; stops added during the ride may change the price.

Gratuity is not included; 15–20% is customary. Compare hourly rates for our other vehicles on the pricing page.

Party Bus Questions

What groups usually ask before they book.

Why can’t I see a party bus price online?
The price depends on your date, hours, route and stops, so every trip is quoted individually. Send details through the booking form or call us for a quote.
Can we add a stop at a restaurant or bar?
Yes. List every stop when you book so it is in your quote; stops added during the ride may change the price.
Is a party bus a good choice for an airport run?
Usually not. Luggage space on the party bus is minimal. For a group with suitcases, a Sprinter van carries up to 14 passengers and 10–14 bags.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
Most services take a 25% deposit, and large events may require 50%; the balance is due at the time of service. Cancel more than 48 hours before service for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
